How To Use This Tool

1. Upload Your Facilities

Click the Facilities button on the right side of the map. Upload a CSV or Excel file with your facility locations (must include name, latitude, and longitude columns).

2. View Disaster Data

The map shows active disasters from global sources. Use the Filters button to filter disasters by type and time period.

3. Assess Impact

Once facilities are uploaded, the system automatically identifies which are in the impact radius of active disasters.

4. Analyze Facilities

Click on a facility marker, then select Analyze with AI to get a detailed risk assessment.

5. Get Recommendations

Click View Recommendations to receive specific action items tailored to the facility and disasters affecting it.

6. Generate Report

Click the Sitrep button to create a comprehensive situation report for all impacted facilities.

7. Download Complete AI Report

Click the Download Complete AI Report button in the dashboard header to generate a comprehensive Word document that includes all AI-generated content: situation report, facility-specific recommendations, and detailed analysis.
